Brief Answer:
symptoms are unlikely to be due to HIV

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM
Thanks for posting your query
Genital rubbing without penetrative sex carries a negligible risk for HIV.
Earliest manifestation of HIV can occur only after 3-4 weeks of high risk contact. So your symptoms are unlikely to be due to HIV. Your symptoms are common to get even with ordinary viral fever.
Anyhow ruling out HIV through blood test is a wiser one.

Brief Answer:
Not fit with Early HIV manifestations.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
As you rightly pointed out, fever due to Early HIV would last for more than two weeks. Rashes not appeared to be related to HIV. HIV risk through genital rubbing is Negligible a per CDC, XXXXXXX
Night sweating can occur with any fever. Nothing to worry.

Brief Answer:
Gonorrhea and Chlamydia are unlikely

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Welcome back.
Low back pain in HIV can occur in late stage due to extreme emaciation, not with early disease.
Possibility of Gonorrhea and Chlamydia are unlikely with the type of encounter you had. Forget about HIV/STD.
