Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that both Nitromack and Concor can interact with Cialis, leading to potential adverse effects:

- Cialis is counterindicated when using Nitromack, because of the risk for fatal hypotension form vasodilation. That is why I would recommend avoiding Nitromack intake the day that your are going to use Cialis.

- From the other hand Cialis can increase the levels of Concor (bisoprolol) by decreasing hepatic metabolism. This can lead to possible low blood pressure. For this reason, I would recommend reducing the dose of Concor to 1.25mg the day that you are going to take Cialis.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
