Brief Answer:
About height increase;

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I can understand your concern regarding to your height but taking growth hormone at this age is not recommended.
Growth hormone acts at the epyphisal plates.
Usually they are closed at the age os 18, XXXXXXX at the age 25.
Taking growth hormone after this age will have a very great risk to cause acromegaly (The bones do not grow taller as the epyphisal plates are closed byt wider).

Acromegaly is associated also with enlargment of the organs such as; heart ( causing heart failure), liver, increase risk for intestinal cancer, cause Diabetes, hypertension, high lipid profile ect.

if you’re wondering if you can get taller in your 30s, consider limb-lengthening surgery.

It entails opening up and separating of bones in the lower leg increasing growth of tissues after the reconnection.

The surgery is very effective in increasing length of legs hence boosting the overall height.

Hope the information is helpful.

Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta

I don't know if I have a deficiency, I just want to increase hgh levels so I can have more bone density and increase muscle mass. I don't want to take hgh injections. What kinds of things can I do to increase it naturally, and are there any supplements I could take that would increase it?

Brief Answer:
Yes the diet and lifestyle can help in raising GH in normal people.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
Now the situation is more clear.
Interestingly, your diet and lifestyle choices (physical activity and sleep) can have a huge effect on your HGH levels.
The amount of body fat you carry is directly related to your HGH production, so loosing weight (if you are overweight) is the first step.
High-intensity exercise increases HGH the most. However, all forms of exercise are beneficial (repeated sprints, interval training, weight training or circuit training are recommended ).

There are some aminoacids that are confirmed to raise the GH:
Beta-alanine, may increase short-term growth hormone spikes during or after a workout.
Arginine is an aminoacid approved to induce GH production, 10-15 gr/day would help.
There also other supplements like : ornithine, creatinine, L-Dopa ect. but Arginin and Beta-alanine are more effective.

Low carbohydrate diet is scientifically approved to increase GH production, by
lowering the insulin level, hence the GH level increases. Avoid food 2-3 hours before sleep.

Focus on optimizing sleep quality and aim for 7–10 hours of quality sleep per night.
Melatonin supplements have become a popular sleep aid that can increase both the quality and duration of your sleep.

The use of GH injection is recommended in certain pathologies under close medical suppervision.

Wish you good health,
Kind regards,
Dr.MIrjeta
