Brief Answer:
She has reached her menopause. But artificially induced pregnancy possible.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
You cousin has reached her menopause and if that is the case, there is nothing that would make her resume her periods. However, if she wants to become pregnant, it is still feasible. By methods like in vitro fertilization where an ovum is extracted from the ovaries and fertilized outside and then implanted back in her uterus. Of course it will involve proper external hormonal support and the entire process would be expensive. But it is feasible.
Regards
Brief Answer:
Physical attachment would still be possible.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. Irrespective of menstrual status she should have no problems in having conjugal relations with her partner. She would require hormone replacement therapy. It would consist of externally supplying the feminine hormones. Since the pattern needs to be monitored carefully and since dose administration involves multiple factors and timings, it is beyond the scope of this discussion.
I understand that she does not have prior physical involvement. But menopause comes at a particular age range irrespective of sexual involvements.
I hope you understand.

Brief Answer:
These are complex treatments and can only be done under supervision

Detailed Answer:
For hormone replacement therapy, systemic estrogen can be used in pill, skin patch, gel, cream or spray form. Low-dose vaginal preparations of estrogen can also be used. For in vitro fertilization, the triggering of ovulation is done by systemic administration of HCG or equivalent. Thereafter proper maintenance dose of estrogens and progesterones is to be given.
Periods no longer occur in post menopausal age. So, maximum age limit is not applicable. There is no maximum age limit for the therapy. Whether it is feasible would actually depend upon the body's response.
