Can Gap In Cozzar Intake Cause Any Complication?
Question: I am traveling and forgot my medication (Cozzar), which I have not taken for nearly five days. I have reqested my medication be sent to my but it will not be hear until Friday. I also take Metoprolol twice a day, which I do have with me. Should I go to the doctor and obtain more Cozzar, or can I wait unti it arrives on Friday?

Thanks for the query.
Since it is already 5 days since you took your last medication,it is advised that you take it as soon as it is possible as you can suffer from rebound hypertension which may result in some cardiac emergency.
To avoid any such possibility you must try to procure your medicine from the doctor as soon as it is possible and not wait till Friday.
