Brief Answer:
It can be knee synovitis or drug reaction

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. There can be two causes of knee swelling and pain. First cause can be knee synovitis. It is inflammation of knee joint due to fever or arthritis.Other cause can be a adverse drug reaction to antibiotics.
To confirm the diagnosis I would like to know little detail of this illness.
1. Are you having knee problem in past also?
2. Do you have difficulty in sitting on floor or squatting?
3. Have you done knee x rays in past?
Please send me answers of these questions. I will try my best to help you.
Thanks
