Can An MRI Scan Be Used To Detect Abnormalities In The Liver?

Question: If I had a clear MRI abdomen which liver appear normal and no mass etc, 2 ultrasounds same thing and a CT last year liver normal, no mass. Should I be worried?

MRI is one of the best imaging techniques available though all the imaging techniques mentioned are all good at picking up any dangerous changes in the body.

If all of the of the imaging techniques show no growths or masses then none are likely present.
These imaging would look at all of the solid organs (Eg liver, kidneys, pancreas,gallbladder, spleen, bladder etc) .

The fact that they are all clear, means that there is no growth seen or present

If you are worrying about a possible mass/tumor, then no there is no need to worry because with so many imaging techniques, a mass would have been seen

So the imaging I have had done are good at detecting liver cancer? I had a pippda (hida scan) too.
