Brief Answer:
Is the pricing all over the skin? Do you have diabetics?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Hydrochlorothiazide is not known to cause neurological symptoms. Am not entirely convinced that this could be the possible cause of this. It could be more of a coincidence or explained by some other disease. Kindly report to me all other medications you are on and also let me know when you were checked for diabetes the last time.

I hope to hear from you for more detailed evaluation and more insights from my end.

Regards

Have had recent tests for sugar, I am on andirons gel 162 3 squirts a day yet level of test is in 339 range, could this low range cause problem?

Had recent super test, no sugar. Prickling is over most of body, not on feet or face. I am taking andro gel 162. 3squirts per day and my level is only 320. Could this be causing the prickling since the minimum level is around 260 with a XXXXXXX level of 1100 XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
Low levels cannot explain the pricking!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Low levels of testosterone cannot explain these pricking sensation. It is clearly a phone of peripheral neuropathy and i will want to manage it as such with gabapentin. This usually takes about 3weeks for any meaningful changes to be observed. I will suggest you stay adherent to it through out all this period for us to see what difference it makes.

For how long have you been taking gabapentin already?
