Are ELISA And Western Blot Test Done After 7 Week Of Exposure Conclusive?

Question: Dear Doctor,
i'm 29 year old male.
march 6th 2015 one XXXXXXX sucked my dick 10 minutes unprotected (i don't know his status), after next day i got loose motion & feeling tied,after that every is going good but after 15 day i felt sore throat, red sport on my throat still date, full of my mouth & tongues white color, loose motion (whole April month only) , raster on my penis leg side all the time sweating its all symptoms still date is there, i gone to elisa & vdd test after 7week (1st may) & Western blot test after 11 week (1st June) both is result is coming negative, now my parents fixed marriage on August month, now i'm fearing to do marriage because of all above symptoms plz advice me to further step, its HIV symptoms? it's every time killing me

ELISA is negative after 7 weeks and western blot is negative after 11 weeks is almost conclusive.
You can almost allay fears of HIV.
You can go for antibodies test(Elisa) after 12 weeks to have conclusive results.
The symptoms are non specific and are not related to HIV. It may be due to Anxiety or stress.

Relax .Do exercises, yoga,meditation.
If does not subside consult physician for diagnosis.

many tanks for your reply, u meaning to say date of expose 12 week i need to take again test elisa right sir? now 16 week is completed. upcoming week shall i take test? sir plz advice me for my marriage its august month.

Dear Sir,


Pl find the Today report, (132 days report)

also ur asked me to take Elisa 4th generation test but here the lab is not available.
pl check report & advice me for further step. if any lab doing Elisa 4th gen test in XXXXXXX pl let know me then i can go there & take test.

1) today report index Value is 0.09 previews (45 days ago it was 0.07 only) its its getting little increased? why its increased?

2) Still i'm facing throat infection, tongues whitenings, mouth dry sleeping time, dry lips & fungus leg side. ( for fungus problem i took medicine syscan 200mg 3week) but still its not salve.

3) my parents are fixed marriage for end of august plz plz suggest me to next step because this situation is killing me.

i'm looking your advice.

You can try with topical fungicidal cream like terbinafine (sebifin).
Keep the area dry.Use antifungal powders like candid once it subsides to prevent recurrence. Wear loose cotton wears.
