hello and welcome to HCM forum,
first of all, PCOS is not a disease, it is a very common disorder in females, and it is curable with proper medication. i would like to inform you that smoking and drinking alcohol can worsen PCOS,
kindly perform yoga to relief your stresses, and visit your concerned doctor to start with the treatment for PCOS.
You need to relieve yourself from all the emotional as well as physical stresses, i wish you good health.
