What happens if I am not happy with the service I received?
The fee is 100% refundable if you're not happy with the service you received. Your money will be refunded within 24 hours, no questions asked.
How often are the Doctors online?
HealthcareMagic Doctors are online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Who are the Doctors?
HealthcareMagic Doctors are qualified medical practitioners who are licensed to practice in their own country or state.

What if I forgot my password?
You can retrieve your password by clicking on the Forgot your Password link on the login page. Your password will be sent to the email address you provided upon registration. You can always reset your own password. If you have any trouble retrieving your password or logging in, contact Customer Service at email@example.com. We are available to help you 24/7/365.
Why can't I log in?
To log in, you need to use the email ID and password that you entered when registering for HealthcareMagic. Registration is required before you can log in. If you have registered and are unable to log in, check your password. If you forgot your password, you can always generate a new one by selecting the Forgot your password link in the sign-in pop-up.

When can I ask for a refund?
If you are not satisfied by HealthcareMagicl's service, you can ask for a refund of the full amount paid. Your money will be refunded within 24 hours, no questions asked.

100% of the amount you paid will be refunded.

How long should I expect to wait for an answer from a doctor?
If you choose “Ask a Doctor Package”, the Doctor will start answering your question within minutes. Depending upon the complexity of your question it may take upto one working day to get a detailed answer.
If you choose “Specialist Opinion”, you will receive the specialist’s response within 24 hours.

What if I feel the Doctor who answered my question was not qualified enough?
All HealthcareMagic Doctors are well qualified. Unfortunately, if you are not satisfied with their answer, please drop a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org . We will refund your money within 24 Hours.
What if the Doctor does not answer questions up to my expectations?
If you are not satisfied with doctor's response to your first question, you can ask for 100% refund of your payment. Please do not ask follow up questions if you are not happy with the first answer.
Is it safe for a Doctor to ask for my personal contact information?
What if a Doctor does a really fantastic job and I would like to let them know?
If you feel that your Doctor has done a fantastic job, don’t forget to provide your valuable feedback to the Doctor after accepting your answer. It will help us improve our quality of service.

You can login to HealthcareMagic.com and click on “Account and Settings” link. You can change your personal settings like your phone number, password etc.
How can I delete my account?
