You are suffering from irregular delayed period or OLIGOMENORRHOEA with Pre menstrual syndrome (PMS).

There are several reasons like Ovarian cyst/ PCOD, over wt/extreme loss, thyroid disorder, hormonal imbalance, eating disorder, stress, psychological upset etc.

However, at first, you need to exclude pregnancy by doing urine/blood test for hcg if you are sexually active.

If test is negative, you have to do a USG for pelvis, LH/FSH, thyroid profile, blood estrogen & progesterone etc to rule out the underlying pathology.

After that, you should consult with your gynecologist and take advice accordingly.

Wear tight breast support and take PRIMOSA cap 1000mg daily to relief from breast problem.

Control body wt, avoid fatty/salty food, maintain genital hygiene, avoid stress, take healthy diet and proper sleep. Be well.
