Rashes, Nausea, Sweating. Diagnosed With Tularemia, Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. Treated With Ciprofloxacin. Reason?

I am a 53 year old male that was diagnosed with Tularemia in June. I was treated with Ciproflaxin , givin a double dose back to back. I never completely got well and now I am feeling bad again. I had blood tested again and my levels for Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever are twice as high as last month. I occasionally have excessive sweating that wets my clothes completely and get a rash when the sun hits me on certain parts of my body and am nauseous everyday without vomiting. I have no energy and am very week. Still waiting on results from the western blot test to come back. I have a pain in the top of my abdomen when doctors push on it. What is wrong with me and will I have a change to overcome this.
