Hello. Headache which is not worsening with time, increasing in duration and severity is unlikely to be from brain tumour. First of all, you need to be sure that you have migraine. by mantaining a headache record diary and recording the aggravating and relieving factors, you would be able to help your clinician answer the same. There is effective therapy available for migraine. It does not increase the chances of stroke. you need not worry for a brain tumor unless headache is associated with symptoms like vomiting, epilepsy, visual disturbances or other motor or sensory defects. take care.

Hello,
First you dont become panic that u\your headache is from cancer or tumor. You need to explain complete your hisroy related to your headache eg. type of headache, onset, aggrivating factors, reliving factors, duration, remission, your habbit etc. you have to maintain headache diary. You need for find out the stress or anxiety causing factors in your life. Advice to consult the doctor and after excluding all the possibilities of primary headache, you need to think for radiological investigarion to rule out secondary cause.
