Hair Fall Is Heavy. Fluoride Content Is Heavy In Water. Precaution?
hello sir my name nitin and i am from jaipur...

Sir i want to ask you that how can we stop hair fall if it is falling in very high quantity...
As in jaipur high quantity of florede is der...
And my hairs are continously loosing nd it showing gap in my head...
When i put hand in my hair at least 5 to 8 comes out nd same thing during when i put oil or when i wash my hairs...
Nd one more thing i want to tell you that i m also having theriod...
Please answer me as soon as possible...
Nd if some dr. Is der in jodhpur so please tell me that bt it should b spelist..

There can be many causes for losing hair. It can be due to local skin infection, dandruff, inadequate nutrition, iron-deficiency, auto-immune disorders, etc. I will advise you to use non-medicated shampoos, wash hair less often, take multivitamin supplements, etc. Find the cause and try to treat it. Biotin supplements are also prescribed for this condition.
To remove fluoride from water is feasible with one technique of water filtration called as reverse osmosis.
