You have sequel of trauma.Roughness in articular area of ankle joint is due to trauma. It may lead to osteoarthritis in long term.
There is small fluid in ankle joint in anterior aspect. There is also osteopenia in bones. All these findings are due to trauma. Osteopenia is due to resting condition of ankle joint.
