Any infection in prostate more than 6 months of duration is called as chronic prostatitis..
common organisms are gonorrhea, Ecoli,..... the infection is spread by sexual transmission.... you must get your urine culture, semen analysis done to find the cause of infection and then treated... any STDs even your partner must be treated, because it will persist in her again infect you.... Best is AIIMS institute only in teaching hopital you will get properly diagnosis and they will ask for necessary investigation... and best treatment you will get at AIIMS....
