Hello welcome to health care magic Regarding your stool culture gram positive cocci means either streptococcus or staphylococcus, clostridium Gram neagative bacilli means either salmonella,e.coli, pseudomonas, shigella legionella etc.. Inthe query you did n't mention about the presence of blood in the stool... 2 months watery diarrhoes is a major problem...because of heavy water loss in the body, your kidneys may also lead to failure.. Immediately consult general physician and take antibiotics.. You have used falgel(metronidazole) it is targeted against anarobic bacteria and protozoa... you need to take a mixture of antibiotics directed against gram positive .gram negative and anaerobic organisms. Hope you understand my answer Thank you Dr.siddartha
