I beleive i have vaginal posriasis for 10 years a white discharge every day outside the vulvula and oral thrush daily what treatment and topical treatments i could recommend to my next gp appointment

Hi.. The medication are prescription drugs and you may not be able to obtain it over the counter... Do not apply any topical agents without seeing a doctor as a few medications can aggravate the symptoms. You can however use multivitamin supplements and improve on your diet for better control of the condition...
