Delayed or missed periods can be due to stress;anaemia;hormonal imbalance;ovarian cyst and pregnancy.So see if you have symptoms like nausea;vomiting;breast tenderness;dizziness which are symptoms of pregnancy.Also get urine pregnancy test done at home.If it is positive you are pregnant and if negative then you have missed periods due to some other reason.In both conditions you need to consult a Gynaecoogist for opinion and treatment.

If you do not want pregnancy and need a medical abortion then you will have to consult a Gynaecologist as those medicines are supposed to be taken under guidance and supervision of a specialist.But one more ting is before you do an abortion i would advise you to continue pregnancy ;the reason is being doctors we see people spending lakhs of rupees just to conceive and get one baby so if you have naturally conceived then it will be better if you continue this pregnancy.Also medically it is better to conceive in early age rather than later.Think twice before doing it finally it is your life but it was just a thought i would like to have a look at before going ahead.

At this stage, there is no medication that would prevent pregnancy if you have already conceived. You can take a urine pregnancy test and if positive, visit your doctor for confirmation and further management. If the pregnancy test is negative you can wait for periods or can get a serum HCG test right away for negative confirmation.
