Rapid Heartbeat

I just got certified for CPR/AED and learned about heart rythmn problems that need a DIfib...I am nervous now and need some perspective since I get rapid heartrates frequently and have told my cardiologist so it doesn't seem that he is worried. How do I relax with this?

If your heart is beating rapidly then there is some problem within and I have heard about Arrythmias where this happens. So I think you should check upon that with your Cardio.
