Saw your msg..First of all , check whether you are anemic. Also check up whether you have cyst in ovaries. You must avoid taking all junk foods, fried things, any type of fast food.Try to take breakfast without fail ,lunch on time and early dinner .Try to add lot of fibre and greens in your food.Eat fruits in between.Avoid refrigerated, reheated, or overnight stuff, spicy and masala food.Try to take head bath daily in normal water(not hot water).Take two tablespoons of broken dal(which is normally mixed with chutney) once in a week. This will clear your menstural problem. If followed all other instructions above, your nose block and constipation will also be relieved. Now contact any yoga master and try to do Pranayama ,breathing,Sarvangasan(shoulder stand),Sethubandhasan (Bridge),Headstand,a little bit of leg raising asanas under proper supervision will definitely cure your prblem permanently.

Hi Doctor, it is been three months since I have a surgery to remove only the fibroids. After my first menstrual cycle I had 7 days of bleeding which I had to wear pads. It was not heavy, when I went to see my gynecologist he put me on birth control. I began taking it two days before my menstrual period. I can say I do not have my period, but I still have painful cramps. Why do you think because I am very concerned about that.

I had a surgical abortion at 6weeks and 4days pregnant on March 8,2014. I had my first menstrual cycle after the abortion on April 7,2014. My cycle ended on April 13th, I spotted for two days and was back full blown like another cycle just as heavy as the one I had on April 7th. It finally stopped on April 22nd. I had pretty bad cramping the week after for a few days and started my cycle on May 10th but my fiance and I were constantly having sex trying to conceive. I would like to know why it didn t happen, could it possibly have been an anovulatory cycle? Is this what I will have from now on since the abortion?
