Bilateral Pain Above Clavicles That Radiates To Rotator Cuffs, Small Movable Mass On Left. Cause?

I have bilateral pain above my clavicles that radiate to my rotator cuffs I feel almost like I have been doing chest presses for days. I also have a small moveable mass (not sure if there are nodes there?) that is not painful on left side. I m not sure if this is the result of stress , or something more insidious? Please advise. Thanks!

Hi,

You have to get checked for cervical spine problem( cervical spondylitis) which can cause a similar radiating pain.

Reg the swelling, examination by a doctor will guide you - there can be many causes - lymph nodes, cold abscess, etc

Good luck
