Hi i am married from last three years . last year v found my husband sperm counts are low nearly 7-8 millions . We are trying for a child but not getting succesful please suggest. will we be able to become a parents .

A sperm count of 7-8 million makes your husband azoospermic and reduces the chances of pregnancy. However it doesnt make your husband sterile. You can still have a pregnancy, but then it would be better if it is assisted. There are many new techniques available which will improve the chances of pregnancy. Do consult your gynecologist or infertility specilist who can assist you in further decision making.
