Will Tight Sensation Around Upper Left Arm Increase With Alcohol Intake And Smoking?

Hi .... For sometime now (say six months) I intermittently get a tight sensation (like a tourniquet) around my upper left arm. I think it could be worse after drinking alcohol and smoking (which I only do when I drink) ... Although I m not really sure about this. I am 47 years old, menopausal, and excersize about 4 times a week.... Am quite fit. Thanks in advance for your help. Regards Jodie

Smoking causes narrowing of blood vessels and less blood supply to the area and causes pain. That is the reason your upper left arm is tight
