Will The Use Of Dreama Dew Reduce My Hair Loss Problem, Dandruff And Dry Scalp? Is It A Soap Or Shampoo?
Hello Doctor, My year old daughter has got dandruff and she has a dry scalp and also has hair loss while washing her hair. A friend had suggested to Dreama dew...what is it is ? is it a soap or a shampoo.?
And is it effective to be used for the above problem? if yes is this soap or shampoo available in chennai or mangalore in India ? kindly advise - thank you.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Dermadew is a H&H pharmaceuticals product, they got 3 products, dermadew acne soap for acne, dermadew aloe lotion for face and skin. and derma dew showergel for hair wash.
But for your child none of these may be the one recomended. Because it is a fungal infection, or may be due to the defeciency of the vitaminA.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms multivitamin drops containing Vitamin A, and to apply the gentle hair oil like baby johnsons har oil and clotrimazole lotion diluted in any hair oil.
Give her more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts,and
protein rich foods so far as possible.
