Will Taking Flucanazole Is Safe For Yeast Infection?

I have a red line on the inside of my upper lip. It is not itchy or burning. It has made my upper lip look swollen. I recently had take a Z pack due to a sore throat, headache, and drainage infection. The Z pack caused me to have a severe yeast infection, so I started taking flucanazole. I noticed the day of the yeast infection that my lip was swollen and red inside. Do you know what this could be from?
