Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. The muscle and body ache you are experiencing are part of anxiety itself. Those are not separate from anxiety. May be slowly you are developing anxiety related to your illness. It can be called somatoform disorder. Such a disorder makes you to perceive illness to your body parts and in that anticipation makes you lazy and lethargic. The best treatment method is ignorance and prioritization. Be creative, engaged and active. There are psychotherapy techniques to overcome your problem.

Please post a direct question to me in this website. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe some psychotherapy techniques which should help you cure your condition.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
