Will Taking Pur Bloka For Migraine Affect Weight?
Hi would Pur bloka 20 mg daily affect my weight.... I have started on this med because of bad headaches.....resulting to migraines........one in the morning and one in the eve.....it is going to make me sleepy and alter my sleeping pattern....... thanking you kindly....

Drowsiness is one of the known side effect of Propranolol medication But not sleeping pattern Better to avoid drive a car or operate machinery until you know how this drug affects you. As effect varies.
Weight gain is not a usual side effect of this medication. If you develop unusual weight gain need to consult doctor, could be due to electrolyte imbalance, needs investigations and appropriate correction.
