Will Taking Ibuprofen & Tylenol Be Safe For Severe Headache?
Monday I started having a really terrible headache. I've taken ibuprofen and tylenol but nothing is knocking it. My stomach is now upset like it's sour and I keep having like hot flashes even though I take estrace everyday.

it is safe to take tylenol and ibrupofen together. if you have an upset stomach, this could be caused by the ibuprofen..ibuprofen is acidic and can cause iritation of the stomach lining, and increase stomach acid production. to reduce these side effects, ibuprofen should be taken with food, and you can take it with an antacid (eg. tums, pepto bismal). tylenol is much less likely to cause stomach upset.
