sir,i am 22 yrs old male.iam 5 11 feet height and weight 45kgs.iam looking so thin.to gain more weight and proper physic will steroids are helpful?please suggest me

hello... weight gain is a an outcome of good diet and exercise.. you need to start doing weight training in the gym to improve muscle mass and eat meals every 2-3 hours a little more than your appetite..have high protein and carb foods like eggs, chicken, fish, potatoes, bananas, rice, paneer etc.. you can have dry fruit milkshake, peanut butter sandwich, egg sandwich, skim milk powder in porridge, shakes, curds etc..do not opt for steroids as you are very young and it will have many side effects on you like hair fall, poor libido, lack of sleep etc.. rather take weight gainer in carb: protein ratio of 4:1 to improve weight gain..take care

hi,

please do not use steroid , it will cause you more harm than you can imagine.

you should gain weight systematically, your ideal weight should be around 68-70kg.

now i would suggest you must get yourself dewormed ,you seem to have worm infestation,and get your hemoglobin tested if anemic go to general physician he will guide you.

You are definitely under weight.
Never go for steroid for gaining weight,
Anabolic steroids are available which we advised to very weak and debilitated patients.
Go for nourishing high protein diet,take more pulses,cereals,dry fruits.
Take more milk,cheese,paneer etc.
Go for green veges,salads,fresh fruits.
