Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hi,

As this sounds to be nerve entrapment in the lumbar spine. Using the lumbar brace for stabilizing the spine, hot water fermentation for relaxing the para spinal muscles, core stability exercise for stabilizing the spine, spinal muscle strengthening exercises, hip strengthening exercises, static Quadriceps and static hamstring should help you ease the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
