Will Loose Or Broken Wire Used For Tie G Breastplate Needs To Be Removed?

i recently found out that the wires used to tie my breastplate back together one is loose and broken the others are still in place. what are the risks of having a loose wire and should I get surgery to remove the broken wire? I had open heart surgery 20years ago, and just recently began experiencing sever chest pain.

You need not to worry about this as they are not causing any problem in future. But, as you saying of the chest pain, if this pain is in the region of this wire then you might need to remove it.
