Good day! i am a monther of a 5month turning to 6month old baby with g6pd deficiency and i am wondering what would be the milk i am going to give him..i cannot and havent breastfed him since birth because he has a cleft palate and i am also working..
Ideally feeding the baby breastmilk up until 1-year of age is recommended. If breastfeeding is difficult, then pumping the breast milk and bottle feeding it can be tried. Or else he can be supplemented with infant formula.
