General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Generally withdrawal bleeding occurs 3 to 10 days after stopping duphaston. Since there is no bleeding even after 10 days,I would suggest you to visit your gynaecologist. The cause of hormonal imbalance should be identified.Pelvic ultrasound, thyroid tests will help in diagnosis. You may require cyclical hormonal therapy for the next few months after which your periods will become regular.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
