Hello,

The Saaz-ds is a potent anti-inflammatory medication classified technically as an NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory). So long as you use this as directed and you have normal functioning of your kidneys, the answer is NO. However use of this does put you at risk if you are taking other medications that can also effect the kidneys. Medications such as antibiotics, and certainly other pain relievers so while it by itself does not damage the kidney you do need to be careful about what other medications you are taking along with it.

The Zempred is an actual cortico-steroid and does not impact the kidneys at the doses you are taking. Finally neither of these medications should impact the liver at all. In my experience I have used both these medications (or slightly different ones) at the same time for protracted periods of time with patients without any problems.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
