Will Any Cream Helps To Remove Prominent Marks Caused By Fingernail Scratches?

I got some deep scratches on my arm due to long fingernail scratches. It looks like scar. Its more than two months but the marks are promiment and I am visibly embarrassed. I don't want to visit any plastic surgeon or try out anything like laser therapy. Will any cream help

Thank you for posting in HCM.
Early scars can be treated easily with proper treatment with creams.
Apply a cream containinh mometasone and fusidic acid once at night. Apply a special formulation containing Heparin , cepae extract and allantoin (Contractubex gel) with gently massage twice a day.
