Will A Re-alignment Help In Arresting Chronic Tension In The Back?

I have been suffering with chronic tension in the back of my neck as well as shoulders for some time now. The pain causes my arms and hands to sometimes tingle or feel a little numb. It also causes tension headaches quite often. I've been told that a re-alignment can help. Is this true?

Your symptoms points towards cervical spine pathology. You need a cervical spine X-ray first to conform what's wrong. I don't recommend that re-alingment. It may worse your pain.
