sir my name is gbjbi iam 21 years old my Lmp is 12.12.2013 my uterus shows mild uniform enlargement and sigle gestaation sac with poor chorio decidual reaction of 5 mm diameter seen in its cavity. No embryo or yolk sac seen in it.and urinary bladder is partially distended and b mode ultra sound scan made an impression that i have early intrauterine gestation of doubtful viablity and i am 42 days pregnant and i have a thickened endometrium did i will misscarry this if so please suggest some methods to overcome this problem

Thanks for the query.
Usually by six completed weeks of gestation, ultrasound can able to detect gestational sac and fetal heart beat.
In pregnancy endometrial thickening is seen and that is necessary for implantation and growth of gestational sac.
The possibilities in your case:
-Wrong dates. Sometimes in case of irregular periods last menstrual period can be wrongly calculated.
-Blighted ovum, is a condition in which gestational sac will develop without fetal pole.
So, wait for one more week and repeat the ultrasound and undergo beta hcg levels estimation.
By this the one conclusion can be drawn regarding the status of pregnancy.
