welcome to Health care magic.
1.Most possible cause in this case is incomplete abortion, less bleed after the medication.
2.In this case only confirmatory test to see weather the termination has happened successfully or not is ultrasound pelvis. Ultrasound will rule out RPOC - retained products of conception. And at the same time condition of the uterus and ovaries.
3.Suggest to have safe intercourse in future to avoid abortions - as its not good for conceiving in future.
4.If there is RPOC in your scan the treatment of choice id D&C dilatation and curettage.
5.So see your doctor as soon as possible and get the needful tests done. Good luck.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
