Why My Vagina Is Very Red , Dry And Sensitive ?

Hi, okay. I have this very intense and irritated vagina . It doesn t burn when I pee. There s no discharge , in fact, I d say it s really dry. It s very sensitive but I can t tell if it s itching or just sensitive. It is rather red. What is this?

Before answering your question I would like to know your age, If you are post menopausal then your symptoms are likely to be because of estrogen deficiency and you will be needing horomne replacement after consultation with a gynaecologist but If you are young you still need do consult a specialist to examine you take a test from your vaginal secretions and give you appropriate treatment. you seems to be infected with uti and vaginitis. kindly consult the gynecologist for a complete treatment as early as possible to avoid complications. doctor might start you antibitocs to cure the infection.
