Why My Period Is Not Stopping?

I'm on birth control but on my first sugar pill I had sex. The condom slipped out. The next day I got my period but just to be sure I took the morning after pill (plan b). It's been 13 days and my period won't stop. It is not heavy and there are days when it is just discharge. Is this normal?
