Why Is Size On One Testicle Smaller Than The Other?

Whats up, I m 16 years old and in the past few years I ve noticed that one testicle is fairly larger than the other. They dont hurt, but when handled roughly there is a discomfort. I have read that it could be testicular cancer. Is this true? I m to young to have to deal with cancer.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. It is usual that 1 testicle hangs lower than other and a small size difference. But there wont be much difference in size.If there is much difference in size or pain then you should get a physical examination by general surgeon. In such case it can be a hydrocele or orchitis. Testicular cancer can occur in any age after 15 and most common in not natural descended testes. You can try a self testes exam for lump or hardness after a warm shower. If any such mass is noticeable then a ultrasound examination helps you rule out that.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
