General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

There can be vivid issues as digestive enzyme disturbances, GERD, gall bladder, liver, stomach, intestine, pancreas or other issues.

Ideal diagnostic work up starts with detailed history, physical examination followed by series of evaluations as lab parameters, ultrasound, upper GI endoscopy, CT abdomen & pelvis as per the case requirement.

Until the diagnosis, you have to:
- control body weight, blood sugar, cholesterol
- do regular exercises
- strict dietary control to avoid excess cholesterol, dairy fat etc.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
