Why Is My WBC Count In Urine So High?

hi my name is ashley, and three days ago i went to the ER bc i was vomiting and i didnt feel good they tested my blood work and my urin sample and my white blood cell count was 22,000 and they thought i had a kidney infection but what i never told them was that i took 49 pills of asprin each pill containing 325mg. what do i do? i am 17 yrs old and i weigh 171 pounds, and im about 5'2"

Thanks for posting your query.

First of all you need to revisit ER and tell them about your aspirin consumption. Aspirin is a blood thinner , excess dose can increase the chances of spontaneous bleeding along with hyperacidity. For that you need to be monitored and medicated.

But your elevated WBC count is not related to aspirin but a sign of infection.. You need to get an urine culture sensitivity test and may even require an antibiotic course.
But please do tell you ER doctor about the aspirin.
