Why Heart Is Beating Fast With Sharp Pain?
My cousin just said he felt a sharp pain in his heart and it is beating fast. We don't have health insurance yet (I just signed up, we have to wait 2 weeks for things to process). I don't know what to do. His arms are not hurting, he isn't dizzy or light headed.

I really appreciate your concern for your cousin if your cousin does not have any other complain except the rapid heart rate then this is nothing to worry, more over this is to be confirmed clinically whether this is rally a fast hear rate and for that EKG would be needed, but in most of the cases this turns normal, hope this information helps you have nice day.
