Chest pain may originate from any other part of the body.HEART,SKIN,MUCLES OF THE CHEST,LUNGS,OESOPHAGUS anything can cause heart pain.The stomach or other organ in the abdomen can cause chest pain.Plain antacids and analgesic will releive the pain if caused by gastric troubles.If the pain extends to the left arm and forearm,lasts for long time and is very severe you need to consult your doctor.

Thanks for query,
It may be due to gastritis and some heart problem.
Go for ECG to rule out cardiac pain as it is an emergency.
If it is due to other cause there is no emergency.
Take Omiprazole or some analgesic.
