Pain while passing urine can be due to infection of urinary tract and even due to infections like gonorrhoea.Since you have a history of a white liquid it needs to be seen if the liquid is semen or a fluid coming due to infection.Get examined by a doctor and even get a urine routine done to rule out Urine infection. The doctor will prescribe some antibiotic for the infection after examination and you should be fine in few days.

Hello. Many months ago i had a wet dream while sleeping on my stomach and woke up with extreme pain at the tipof my penis. I then urinated and it hurt during urination. I then fell back to sleep and when i awoke the pain was mostly gone. There wasonly a little amount of pain when i touched a certain part of the tip of my penis. It is now many months later and whenever i touch the same spot at the tip of my penis it still hurts a tiny bit. What should i do? Do i have a disease? Do i have an infection? I have never had sexual intercourse.
