Why Do My Ears Feel Full After Listening To Loud Music?

I listen to loud music on my mp3 player and now my ears are starting to feel "full" more and more and I want to know if there is anything I can do to fix it? I have stopped listening to my music for months and it hurts just as much when I wait a long time. Is this really hearing loss, or something else?
