Why Do I Suffer From Burning Sensation And Itching In Vagina Inspite Of Taking Cypro?
I have a burning itching vagina and my gyno gave me two scripts of cypro and I took over the counter monistat which cause worse burning. I have no discharge or odor so I do not think it is a yeast infection and I do go to the bathroom often. I am 54 yrs old and am very uncomfortable. Any recommendations?

Hi It could be due to atrophic vaginitis.Oestrogen deficiency can cause this. Oestrogen containing cream can be applied locally. This might give you relief.Usually women at your age get this.Hope this may help you. thanks
